1. This Hotels.com promotion is only valid for new hotel bookings of a stand-alone hotel stay at a Price Match Guarantee hotel of at least three nights made between July 6, 2009 and August 10, 2009, with hotel stays completed by August 13, 2009. A "booking" is a stay of consecutive nights in one hotel room at the same property, booked at the same time on the same credit card. Package hotel bookings are not eligible.
2. You must book and prepay on www.hotels.com. Coupon code is not valid for bookings made on any non-U.S. domain, including, but not limited, to www.hotels.fr or www.hotels.it.
3. Hotel bookings at the following properties are not eligible: Marriott hotels and Beaches and Sandals resorts. Participating hotels are subject to change.
4. $55 Prepaid MasterCard® card will be mailed to the billing address used for the booking within 4-6 weeks of your completed hotel stay. The card is issued by MetaBank pursuant to license by MasterCard International Incorporated. This card can be used wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted, and use is governed by the terms in your Cardholder Agreement, which you will receive with the card.
5. Prepaid MasterCard® card will be mailed to US addresses only.
6. Prepaid MasterCard® card must be used before the expiration date that is printed on the front of the card.
7. Limit: one (1) MasterCard® per booking.
8. Not valid with any other coupon promotion.
9. Coupon code is not redeemable for cash.
