The Smooth Fitness Agile DMT X1 elliptical trainer provides twelve levels of adjustable motion. Instead of altering or restricting movement with increased tension, adjustable motion adds additional levels of movement to the existing motion. These additional levels of movement recruit more muscle groups to the workout, which creates a more rounded and productive workout instead of fatigue to certain muscles which would shorten a workout session. Conventional ellipticals merely add increased pressure to a select few muscles. The agile adds additional muscle groups incorporating legs, abdominals and arms for a total body workout.
