Travelocity Discount Code Terms and Conditions:

* The Travelocity discount code for 10% is valid between 12:01 a.m. Central Time on June 10, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on July 19, 2010 (the Promotion Period).
* Your use of the Discount Code on the www.travelocity.com Web site (the Site) is subject to the Travelocity User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
* The Travelocity Discount Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site using any valid American Express® Card. A qualifying purchase means a Flight + Hotel Vacation Package or GoodBuy Hotel stay in Las Vegas, and which is offered on the Site during the Promotion Period. Travel dates must be between June 10, 2010 and September 30, 2010.
* To redeem the Discount Code, you simply add the code into the Promotional Code field on the Checkout Review Page of the Site, and 10% will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying GoodBuy Hotel stay or Flight + Hotel Vacation Package.
* You may not redeem or exchange the Discount Code for cash. You may not use or combine the Discount Code with any other Travelocity discount codes. If lost or stolen, the Discount Code will not be replaced.
* Travelocity prohibits posting the Discount Code on the Internet or any public forum, or forwarding the Discount Code to any other person.
* This Discount Code is not valid for Last Minute Packages or Top Secret Hotels.
* In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Travelocity reserves all of the rights and remedies available to Travelocity including charging the American Express Card used to make the purchase for the amount of the Travelocity Discount Code not to exceed 10%, canceling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to Travelocity.
* TRAVELOCITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO DISCOUNT CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A PROMO CODE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF TRAVELOCITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING PROMO CODE.
