Redemption Instructions: To redeem your $50.00 USD discount, simply enter the discount coupon into the Promotional Code field on the billing page and $50 will be automatically deducted from your qualifying Flight + Hotel vacation package purchase. The discount ocupon may only be used on www.travelocity.com for the purchase of a Flight + Hotel package to Las Vegas and is not redeemable on other Travelocity products or gift certificates. This discount coupon is valid through 11:59 PM ET, March 31, 2010 for travel by April 30, 2010. The discount coupon may not be redeemed in or exchanged for cash, and is not transferable. If lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer (including any other Travelocity discount coupons) and must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

* The promotional code (the "Discount Coupon") for $50 is valid between 12:01 a.m. Central Time on January 1, 2010 and 11:59 p.m. Central Time on March 31, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
* Your use of the Discount Coupon on the www.travelocity.com Web site (the "Site") is subject to the Travelocity User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
* The Discount Coupon is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means a Flight + Hotel Vacation Package to Las Vegas which is offered on the Site during the Promotion Period. Travel dates must be between January 1, 2010 and April 31, 2010.
* Flight + Hotel Vacation Package purchase requires a minimum spend of $1,800.
* To redeem the Discount Coupon, you simply type in 50VEGASPKG into the Promotional Code field on the "Checkout Review" Page of the Site, and $50 will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying Flight + Hotel Vacation Package.
* You may only redeem the Discount Coupon once and only during the Promotion Period.
* You may not redeem or exchange the Discount Coupon for cash. You may not use or combine the Discount Coupon with any other promotional codes. If lost or stolen, the Discount Coupon will not be replaced.
* Travelocity prohibits posting the Discount Coupon on the Internet or any public forum, or forwarding the Discount Coupon to any other person.
* This Discount Coupon is not valid for Last Minute Packages.
* In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Travelocity reserves all of the rights and remedies available to Travelocity including charging your credit card for the amount of the Discount Coupon not to exceed $50, canceling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to Travelocity.
* TRAVELOCITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROMOTIONAL CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A DISCOUNT COUPON IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF TRAVELOCITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING DISCOUNT COUPON.
