The promo code may only be used on Travelocity for the purchase of a Flight + Hotel Last Minute Package to New York City, with a minimum package price of $700, and is not redeemable on other Travelocity products or gift certificates. This promo code is valid through 11:59 PM ET, January 31, 2009. The promo code may not be redeemed in or exchanged for cash, and is not transferable. If lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer (including any other promo code) and must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

* The promo code (the “Promo Code”) for $50 USD is valid between 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on November 1, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on January 31, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).
* Your use of the Promo Code on the Travelocity Web site (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the Travelocity User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
* You may only use the Promo Code on the Site towards the purchase of a Flight + Hotel Last Minute Package to New York City, with a minimum package price of $700, offered by Travelocity during the Promotion Period.
* To redeem the Promo Code, paste code into the Promotional Code field on the billing page during check-out, and $50 will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying Last Minute Package.
* This code is only valid on Last Minute Packages and is not redeemable on other Travelocity products.
* You may only redeem the Promo Code once and only during the Promotion Period. You may not redeem the Promo Code for cash or exchange the Promo Code for cash. You may not use or combine the Promo Code with any other promo codes. If lost or stolen, the Promo Code will not be replaced.
* In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Travelocity reserves all of the rights and remedies available to Travelocity, including charging your credit card for the amount of the Promo Code not to exceed $50, canceling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to Travelocity.
* TRAVELOCITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PROMO CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
