Canada Vacation Deals Pricing and Fees Restrictions:

Flight + hotel Canada vacation deals and hotel prices are in USD, per room, based on double occupancy and include Tax Recovery Charge & Service Fees. Hotel-only prices do not include taxes. Vacation deals vary by hotel, are subject to availability, and may be discontinued without notice. Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Prices may vary, depending on travel dates and seasonality.

Travelocity Promotional Code Terms and Conditions:

* The Travelocity promotional code (the "Promotional Code") is good for $100 in savings and can be combined with current Canada vacation deals. The promotional code is valid until August 31, 2010 (the "Promotion Period").
* Your use of the Travelocity Promotional Code on the www.travelocity.com Web site (the "Site") is subject to the Travelocity User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
* The Promotional Code is valid only for qualifying purchases made on the Site. A qualifying purchase means a 3-night or longer Flight + Hotel Vacation Package to Canada which is offered on the Site during the Promotion Period.
* Flight + Hotel Vacation Package purchase requires a minimum spend of $1,500.
* To redeem the Travelocity Promotional Code, you simply apply the promotional code in the Promotional Code field on the "Checkout Review" Page of the Site, and $100 will be automatically deducted from the final price of your qualifying Flight + Hotel Vacation Package.
* You may only redeem the Promotional Code once and only during the Promotion Period.
* You may not redeem or exchange the Promotional Code for cash. You may not use or combine the Promotional Code with any other Travelocity promotional codes. If lost or stolen, the Promotional Code will not be replaced.
* Travelocity prohibits posting the Promotional Code on the Internet or any public forum, or forwarding the Promotional Code to any other person.
* This Travelocity Promotional Code is not valid for Last Minute Packages.
* In the event of any violation of these Terms & Conditions, Travelocity reserves all of the rights and remedies available to Travelocity including charging your credit card for the amount of the Promotional Code not to exceed $100, canceling your reservation without a refund to you, and all other remedies available to Travelocity.
* TRAVELOCITY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO TRAVELOCITY PROMOTIONAL CODES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A PROMO CODE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF TRAVELOCITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THE NON-FUNCTIONING PROMO CODE.
